Different Models Analysis of Project Lifecycle

摘要

Based on general theory of project lifecycle, the different models of project lifecycle such as process management model control model quality management model and risk management model are analyzed in this paper. Project lifecycle is useful to understand project management well and is helpful in succeeding different project models.
