摘要

A grey relation analysis mould used to evaluate the thermal power enterprise's coal supplier was proposed. To overcome the problems of weights allocation and determination which exists on the mould of traditional grey relation analysis, a weight grey relation analysis method was modified to solve the problems. The weight was used to estimate the effect of the evaluated index on the evaluated subject, and weight was determined by using Shannon Entropy combined Analytic Hierarchy Process in order to avoid objective influencing factors therefore, the evaluation was more objective, scientific and rational.
