The effects of He-Ne laser irradiation to wheat induced by enhanced Ultraviolet-B(280nm-320nm) radiation were studied. Imitating the irradiation on wheat by He-Ne laser and enhanced Ultraviolet-B, The change of SOD and Amylase Isozyme were examined through the polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) and Gel-Pro analysis. The results indicated: compared with the CK, the SOD and Amylase of wheat exposed to enhanced Ultraviolet-B radiation were overexpressed. The influence on the isoenzyme in wheat exposed To Enhanced Ultraviolet-B Radiation Irradiated by He-Ne Laser is great. It provided theory basis for improving production on wheat.
