The Problems and the Functions of the state in Information society

摘要

In information society the functions of the state will be fulfilled in various aspects the same as they are in industrial society. From the viewpont of system analysis, the polity andth economy have been the core structures of the state in industrial socity. in information society, however, cultural ocnsiderations almost always transcend political and economic considerations wiht the ocnsequence that an integratie subsystem of the state will be strengthened. In this paper I suggest that the cultural odmain will be one of the most important structures of the state in information society.
