To discuss a policy that aims at increasing organizational intelligence, we developed a mathematical model that simulates an orgnaizational decision-making process with sophisticated information systems. We studied an extra retwork used by a japanese company and suggest altemative structures of the network for increasing organizatinal intellignece based on the results of our computer simulation.
