Pipeline corrosion is mainly caused by the surrounding factors outside the pipeline and the corrosive mediums transmitted in the pipeline.- Above all, the most serious corrosion is resulted from petroleum sewage in the pipeline.rnIn this paper, a new anticorrosive technology on the inner surface of petroleum will be introduced. The technology includes: ⅰ) to paint the epoxy powder inner coating on steel pipe with fric-tional electrostatic painting technology; ⅱ) to paint the nickel-base alloy powder coating on the welding joint inner surface of heat effected zone with plasma painting technology; and ⅲ) to take stainless steel welding rods as the welding base on the welding joint of steel pipe with Tungsten argon arc welding technology.rnConsequently, a continuous and closed coating, which can protect and anticorrode the inner surface of steel pipe, is made up of epoxy powder coating, alloy powder coating and stainless steel welding seam.
