ICM Method of Topological Optimization for Truss, Frame and Continuum Structure

摘要

A ICM (Independent, Continuous and Mapping) method is applied to unify modeling and solution of topological optimization for truss, frame and continuum structures. The topological design variables are independent and continuous instead of dependent or discrete and the method establishes a smooth model which takes structural weight as the objective function subjected to size, stress and displacement constraints under multi-loading cases.
