DESIGN OF AN AUTOMATIC TOPOLOGY/GEOMETRY OPTIMIZATION SOFTWARE

摘要

An automatic topology/shape optimization software is presented. It uses techniques from image processing to detect prescribed threshold density edges, then automatically remeshes the solid area. Classical shape optimization is then performed using Finite Element analysis.
