Abstract: The transformation from tristimulus RGB to triattribute HVC of human vision is an important problem in computer vision and CAD. The primary obstacle to finding a brief algorithm is the complicated case of Munsell loci appearing in the existing chromatic spaces. This article introduces the concept of fuzzy logic set into the computation and then handles Munsell's system by a fitting method so as to simplify the complex function. A better result has been achieved and such an approach has been satisfactorily used in a diagnosis system of tongue feature in traditional Chinese medicine. !6
