The swelling behavior of poly, notes as P, was under various conditions. Increasing the HFP unit content in P(VdF-HFP) and temperature increased th swelling degree of the polymers considerably. The amount of the electrolyte solution absorbed by P at room temperature showed the following trend: DMC>EC/DMC>DECapprox=EC/DEC. The presence of LiPF_6 in carbonate solvents did not afect on the swelling degree of PVdF and P(VdF-8
