This project aims to develp the indigenous software industry through the operation of software development centers (SDC) and software quality centers (SQC) located within the campuses of four major universities in Turkey. SDCs and SQCs are located in Izmir (Dokuz Eylul University- DEU), Ankara (Middle East Technical University - METU) and Istanbul (Istanbul Technical University - ITU and Marmara Research Center-MAM) to provide expertise, training and technical inputs as well as computer resources to independent provate software companies.
