The Application of Factor-Criteria-Metric Model in Network Security Evaluation

FCM (Factor-Criteria-Metrics) model think that the quality of software is decided by some Factors, each Factor is decided by some Criteria, each Criteria is decided by some Metrics. The measure method based on Multidata and Layer has certain likeness with network safety valuation, because the core task of network safety valuation is to measure the target network on the aspects of managing strategy and technique , the two safety valuation factors, whether it matches the request of appointed safety protection grade. In this paper, we proposed a network security evaluation based on Factor-CriteriaMetrics.
