摘要

According to the effect of fog from images, a new defogging method for image based on depth region segmentation is proposed in this paper. This method reasonably applies the fuzzy cluster analysis thinking, Construct the edge characteristic vector based on multiresolution wavelet. It has achieved the depth region segmentation image based on closed boundary of the target object in the scene, thus attaining the effectively enhanced contrast by the equalizing transform of each histogram in the same depth. Experiment results show that this algorithm can efficiently improve the degradation of image and enhance the clearness of image.
