Required Navigation Performance (RNP) is an important part of the future air traffic industry. It releases the congestion of the air traffic, reduces the distance of airlines, and increases flight effect. Now it has been applied in many airports and airlines. However, the high accuracy type of RNP has several special attributes. Some researches must be done before application. This paper purposes the framework of RNP procedure design through analyzing some related criteria, and then simulates an integrity RNP procedure based on Google Earth, and also considers some error performance.
