Reverse e-Logistics for SMEs in Pakistan

摘要

Reverse Logistics is receiving increasing attention in business and research due to the growing environmental concern, economic gain and consumer pressure. Reverse logistics deals with the activities and processes associated with the flows of products, components and materials from users to re-users, or its proper disposal. The main objective of this paper is to develop and implement ICT enabled Reverse Logistics (Reverse e-Logistics) for the Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) in Pakistan. A Cloud Computing Model is proposed for implementing the Reverse logistics for the SMEs in Pakistan. The govt. support in establishing the Reverse Logistics model is prerequisite.
