The paper analyzes the meaning of new computer complex talents. Evaluation indicator of new computer complex talents is established in the article. Fuzzy mathematics is used to build the evaluation model of new computer complex talents in the paper. The case is analyzed in the paper. It shows that the evaluation system of new computer complex talents is scientific and objective.
