Universities and colleges are mainstays of technological innovation.With an increasing level of scientific research in universities and colleges,the level of technological innovation in the located regions will be consummated.Through the study on scientific research capacity in universities and colleges,this essay analyzes and consummates corresponding channels for scientific research capacity in universities and colleges,and eventually better serves the soft power construction of local economy and culture.
