As a modern high-tech design and production technology, garment CAD technology has been recognized and applied by a growing number of garment enterprises and applications. This article analyzes the active role played by garment CAD technology from various aspects in the development of China's garment industry, discusses the existing shortcomings and solutions and explain the three-dimensional garment CAD software technology will play a greater role in the future development of China's garment industry.
