Supply Chain Coordination Based on Buy-Back Contract under Price-Sensitive and Time-Sensitive Demand

In this paper, pricing and order decision problems of a two-stage decentralized supply chain was studied. Demands are both price-sensitive and time-sensitive. First, the centralized supply chain model as a benchmark, we analyzed the optimal order quantity, optimal price and lead time. Secondly, optimal decisions and coordination condition of decentralized supply chain under the buy-back contract were analyzed. Finally, a numerical example was proposed to analyze the impact of price factor, time factor and other model parameters on the profits and coordination efficiency of supply chain under buy-back contract.
