摘要

This study combines with our university's actual situation, investigates helping and management system of students with learning difficulties from the view of teaching management. On the basis of analysis of causes for learning difficulties, we study the existing teaching management system reform, promote the hierarchical management, develop management systems for special students with learning difficulties pointing at different teaching processes, and strive to develop the potential of each student with the principle of promoting construction through management to truly improve the quality of teaching.
