Research on Foreign Direct Investment of Chinese Private Enterprises

摘要

This paper analyzes the status and characteristics of foreign direct investment of Chinese private enterprises. Also, the paper profoundly analyzes the motive and reasons for foreign direct investment of Chinese private enterprises. By the means to study case, the author analyzes the strategies of Haier's foreign direct investment.
