摘要

In this study, we show that HLA-tetramer-mediated TCR signaling, together with Notch signaling, can direct differentiation of human HPCs into antigen-specific CD8+ T cells. We have fabricated a 2D thin hydrogel, a 3D hydrogels scaffold, and a magnetic microbead system and immobilized biomolecules onto the individual biomaterial systems that allowed immobilization of Notch or MHC ligands at varying densities, triggering signaling and resulting in differentiation of cells.
