摘要

Electrospinning is a useful technique to produce SF and SFCS blend submicron fibers to mimic the fibrous nature of the collagen matrix of native abdominal wall fascia. Future studies will focus on aligning the fibers, evaluating the scaffold mechanical tensile strength and studying adipose tissue derived stem cell interaction with scaffolds in vitro and the regenerative potential in an in vivo guinea pig model.
