Remote, Wireless Stakeout Surveillance for Law Enforcement

Limited manpower and resources can make the important task of surveillance difficult. This paper describes one method of covering more ground with an intelligent surveillance system: RLESS. The RLESS system allows primary and secondary suspects and locations to be covered simultaneously with limited police personnel and reduced false alarms, leading to increased rates of capture and conviction.
