Considerations for alternative configurations for large heavy dutyn industrial combined cycle plant

During the feasibility study of a combined cycle power plant many different aspects are investigated to find the best possible plant configuration to suit a particular project. This paper will consider one of these aspects, which is the plant shaft configuration philosopny for single and multiple unit gas turbine comined cycle power generation systems.
