Biomolecular electronic devices with Photosystem I reaction centers

This paper will present our measurements of the electrical andnoptical properties of isolated Photosystem I (PSI) molecules and thennshow the results of our attempts to produce “bulk devices”nwhich incorporate a large number of PSI molecules into annoptically-sensitive test structure. Finally, we will present ournstrategies for incorporating the PSI molecules into self-assembledncircuits that implement useful logical functions
