Utilization of Rice Straw for Edible Fungi Cultivation in Fujian, and its Perspectives

摘要

Rice is an important crop in Fujian with made up in 85% of annual cereals yield. Accordingly, rice straw becomes as an abundant renewable natural resource for using in the sustainable development of Fujian's agriculture. In this study, we discussed the advantages and possibility of use rice straw in the development of edible fungi cultivation, and its perspectives specialized to Fujia's agricultural productions.
