The Problems and Countermeasures of Agricultural Keeping up Development in China

The problems of agricultural keeping up development were one of main problems on the global problem at present. The main factors that restricting the agricultural keeping up development in our country were as follows: the expending population, the excessively use up the resources, seriously destroy up the environment and poor quality of peasants, and so on. To achieve the agricultural keeping up development, it must be found out as follows that key to solve the problems. First, should be hardly control the quantity of population for reduce pressure of ecosystem; second, should be make rational use of nature's resources and improve ecosystem for increase the effectiveness of agricultural keeping up development; third should be economize on water and make rational use of water, and developing the agriculture in economize on water; final, strengthen the permanent control of environment pollutions, and it was a important condition that strongly support to the agricultural keeping up development with science and technology.
