The Economic Evaluation of the Reorganisation of Estonian Occupational Health System

摘要

The programme "Reorganisation of Estonian Occupational Health System Until 2000" is analysed on the basis of economic calculations. A new programme "Developing the Occupational Health in Estonia Until 2010" is proposed and its advantages are listed. It was possible to show that using internal resources (better co-operation between occupational health doctors, out-patients' clinics, sick-fund and employers) Estonian labour force could be covered with occupational health services and also the number of diseases would decrease.
