Countermeasures for Implementation of the Maritime Labour Convention 2006,in China--The Perspective of the Government's Role

摘要

This paper briefed the contents and characteristics of the Maritime Labour Convention,2006 and focused on the roles of the government in the perspective of the public administration. Meanwhile,the countermeasures for effective implementation the Convention in China are putted forward.
