The Countermeasures on Improving Chinese Seamen's Competitiveness

With the modernization and size enlargement of vessels,the shipping industry has been developing into a knowledge,capital and technology intensive section. Therefore,the requirement for seamen's knowledge and quality has been increased ever. This paper proposes the Countermeasures on improving Chinese seamen's competitiveness through the analysis on the status and factors of the competitiveness of the Chinese seamen.
