Comprehensive Evaluation for Standardization of Seaman Competency Assessment

The paper,according to the characteristics of competency assessment carried out by maritime safety administration,defines the index system of seaman competency assessment and establishes the fuzzy comprehensive assessment model for standardization of seaman competency assessment using fuzzy mathematics. The model provides scientific prove for the authorization,management and self-improvement of maritime safety administration.
