Occupational Risk Evaluation Study on Seaman

摘要

Reviewing the international and domestic action for protecting the rights of seaman interests,this paper describes occupational risks of seafarers and their characteristics,proposes framework of the occupational risks assessment of seafarers,explains its major steps,proposes the classification and analysis methods of seaman's occupational risk,explains the risk acceptance criteria and risk assessment,discusses the output and the other important issues of the risk assessment for the Seamen's career.
