Seafarers' Sustainable Development in Knowledge-Based Economy--on Tacit Knowledge Transition and Shared Management

摘要

Based on constant advancement of knowledge and expertise of the seafarers,this paper explores the causal relationship between tacit knowledge and sustainable development,introducing the concept of tacit knowledge. By analyzing the obstacles faced by seafarers in the course of tacit knowledge transformation,as well as the trend of functional changes of MSA,we proposes some measures for the management and sharing of seafarers' tacit knowledge,aiming to identify innovative ways for the sustainable development for top seafarers in a knowledge-based economy.
