Discussion on Establishing Social Support System for Oceangoing Seafarers

This paper discusses the relationship between social support and the mental health of oceangoing seafarers. The significance of establishing a social support system for oceangoing seafarers as well as the approaches to establishing such a perfect system fall within the scope of this research,and the proposal is put forward that the social support service for oceangoing seafarers shall be rendered through a website.
