    摘要:PVDF piezoelectric-film is a new-type of high polymer material, and a variety of sensors had been developed to meet the different measurement requirements utlizied by its piezoelectric. Piezoelectric had already been one of the focuses of the modern research, and a lot of successful examples had been made in the application of PVDF piezoelectric-film. In this paper, PVDF piezoelectric-film was applied to the plantar pressure measurement. Take the 16-point PVDF piezoelectric-film sensor array as an example. The working principle of the PVDF piezoelectric-film and the producing process of its array were introduced in detail. The sensor array was made of 28μm thick PVDF piezoelectric-film, and its electrode was made through cutting and acetone eroding to ensure a non-metallization edge for the sensor. In addition, the design of its signal conditioning circuit was also discussed. Especially, charge amplifier equipment was presented in detail. Since PVDF piezoelectric-film has the advantage of well dynamic characteristics, it can improve the dynamic response of the measurement system. This advantage makes this system superior than those traditional transducer measurement systems. Also, the data is more accurate than ever. The experiment results have proved that PVDF piezoelectric-film can achieve dynamic and real time foot-pressure measurements.

    摘要:The purpose of this study is to clarify the characteristics concerning comfortable clothes of the underwear with the knitting cloth made of silk spun yarn, in order to develop a comfortable woman's underwear made of spun yarn of silk. There is few research reports about evaluation of clothing comfort of silk fabric, though silk fabric is well-known as an excellent cloth that has material characteristics to fit human's health. We measured physical properties of silk knitting fabric, tactile feeling, and physiological responses and investigated the evaluation of clothing comfort from their interrelation. Consequently, the underwear of silk spun yarn was useful clothes from the stress evaluation by an autonomic activity at the summer time though it had the titillative sensation.

Seen from the cultural interaction of textile technology, when silks as the largest- scale and most profitable of all the trade were exported to the West, cotton fabrics endlessly imported to China on the Silk Road. From the archaeological evidence of the world's consumption of cotton, we can see that the spread of cotton in the Old World is linked with the communication in ancient societies. There are many archaeological discoveries of cotton fabrics in Xinjiang, called the West Region in ancient times, and this requires further research.

The position solution and the velocity solution of their equations were solved by program which written in Matalab environment.

    摘要:In this study, polyamide 6 (PA6)/polypropylene (PP) flocking samples were prepared using varying lengths and finess of PA6 flocking fibers. The influence of the flocking density, length and finess of the PA6 flocking fibers on collagen absorbing and desorbing properties of PA6/PP flocking samples were systematically investigated. The optimized absorbing and desorbing properties of PA6/PP flocking samples were always found as the flocking density, length and finess of the PA6 fibers reached an optimum values, respectively. In order to clarify these interesting collagen absorbing and desorbing properties, the morphology of the PA6/PP flocking were also investigated. Possible mechanisms accounting for the interesting moisture management properties of PA6/PP flock samples are proposed.

    摘要:In this paper, the problem of robust control for sensor and actuator failures of Electric Power Steering (EPS) system with parameter uncertainty are studied. The robust fault-tolerant controller is designed to guarantee closed-loop stability and robust performance not only when all sensors and actuators are operational, but also in case of some sensor and actuators failures. The EPS robust fault- tolerant control was performed and the simulation results identified the validity of the method.

    摘要:Needs-based segmentation attempts to understand theses differences by grouping together people who assign similar levels of importance to the same attributes. This research focused on identifying segmentation using cluster analysis and conjoint analysis and comparing the relative attribute preference mountaineering jackets of high-performance fabrics according to segmenting markets. Conjoint analysis is conducted with sampling of 120 mountaineering club members, which ranked preference at hypothetical mountaineering jacket of high- performance fabric based on profiles derived from an orthogonal design. Two segments of consumers emerge, there were two clusters with different ideal jacket profiles. Cluster one considered 'price' more than other factor, while 'breathability/comfort' and other functional properties were regarded as the more important factors for cluster two with respect to the relative important vales for each attribute.

    摘要:Silk fibroin microspheres were prepared by oil phase separation coacervation and with silk fibroin as vehicle, dexamethasone sodium phosphate (DSP) as drug model. The emulsion temperature, stirring rate that influence microparticles size and the glutaraldehyde content that influence microspheres structure, drug release properties were investigated. The results showed that when the stirring rate between 350rpm and 720rpm, with the increase of stirring rate, the average particles size obviously decreased, it was between 34.7μm and 16.2μm. And when the emulsion temperature between 37℃ and 55℃, with the increase of emulsion temperature, the average particles size decreased; the main structure of pure SF was amorphism, SF microspheres and SF drug-loaded microspheres appeared Silk Ⅰ and Silk Ⅱ structures, and there was no obvious change between the SF microspheres and SF drug-loaded microspheres with glutaraldehyde and those without. The drug release rate was faster when the time was between 1h and 24h, and the drug release was about the half of the total. After 24h had passed, the rate of release decreased. The release rate of SF drug-loaded microspheres with glutaraldehyde was slower than those without, but not obviously. The release rate of SF drug-loaded microspheres with the increase of glutaraldehyde's content decreased, but not obviously.

    摘要:FTIR analysis was used to understand the chemical composition of casein-acrylonitrile graft copolymer fiber (AN-g-casein fiber). The study indicated that the fiber contained milk protein. The primary mechanical properties of the fiber were measured. The results showed that AN-g-casein fiber had moderate tensile strength and initial modulus and high elongation. The wet AN-g-casein fiber had slightly higher tensile strength, lower elongation and lower initial modulus than the dry fiber. There were no significant variations in fiber's tensile strength and elongation while initial modulus decreased after NaHCO3/Na<,2>2CO<,3>/NaOH treatment. The crimp elastic recovery of AN-g-casein fiber approached to that of PAN fiber. And its friction coefficients were higher than that of PAN fiber.

    摘要:In this paper, the weight change, structure and mechanical properties of ramie fibers treated with sodium periodate under different processing conditions were investigated. Results show that active group of aldehyde appeared in FTIR spectra of oxidized ramie fiber. Both the weight and the crystalline of ramie samples decreased during treatment. The handle feeling of ramie fibers under deep oxidation became crisp and stiff. The breaking strength decreased with increasing concentration of oxidant and/or with pronging treatment time, as well as the breaking elongation.

    摘要:Sodium periodate was used to oxidize cellulose in this paper, and FTIR, XRD, XPS were used to analyze the aggregate structure of oxidized cellulose. It was found that cotton cellulose was oxidised to dialdehyde (DAC), and β-alkoxy fragmentation existed during oxidization. Along with oxidised degree deepening, the aldehyde, hemiacetal structure strengthened while that hydroxyl, hydrogen bond weekened. The crystallinity of oxidised cellulose increased in low oxidant concentration, and decreaed gradually with the oxidant concentration increasing.

    摘要:In this study, wool keratin solution was firstly obtained by dissolving the wool fibers in the sodium hydroxide solution and peroxide solution, and then was used to treat the dialdehyde cellulose cotton fibers. The technical conditions of oxidized cotton fiber treated with keratin solution were discussed, as well as the structure and properties of treated oxidized cotton fibers. Results showed that the tensile properties of oxidized cotton fiber changed little before or after keratin treatment, while their weight changed a lot. Covalent group occurred between oxidized cotton fibers and keratin indicated by FTIR spectra.

    摘要:The objective methods based on image processing technique were discussed in this paper to evaluate the wrinkles effect of clothing. An image collecting system was established in this work to obtained the pictures of the garment in use. The image processing technique was applied to study the wrinkles on the sleeves. The relationship between grey curves of the image pictures and the wrinkles was analyzed. Parameters were put forward to evaluate the shape of garment wrinkles on the basis of analysis of experiment. It can be concluded that these parameters can be used to describe the characteristics of the garment wrinkles. It is expected to apply this technique to describe the visual effects quantitatively.

    摘要:In order to improve the productivity and to study the way of scientific management of clothing sewing assembly, the conceptions related to the assembly line optimization were introduced in this paper in terms of the combined process, the working group and site, the combination of interval processes. The optimization methods of sewing assembly line organization were also studied and discussed in the paper. This research was applied to the management practice of sewing assembly line organization and the results of different plans were compared for optimization. On the basis of analysis, a computer aided sewing assembly line planning was developed for the planning optimization. The system can be applied to clothing sewing process management.

The testing methods for clothing pressure of loosely fitted clothing are analyzed and discussed in this paper. The relationship between body postures and clothing pressures can be obtained on the basis of the analysis.
