Building a Digital Research Community in the Humanities

摘要

The ARC Network for Early European Research (NEER), funded under the Australian Research Council's Research Networks programme, aims to enhance the scale of Australian research in medieval and early modern studies, and to build colraborative and innovative approaches to planning and managing research. An integral part of NEER's vision is the development of a digital environment which provides a setting for the work of this national research community. This environment has three major components: the Confluence collaborative Web workspace, the PioNEER digital repository for research outputs and data, and the Europa Inventa gateway to cultural heritage objects.
