An Inverse Calculation for Polynomial Matrices using Regularizing Matrix

In this paper, we will propose a method to regularize the polynomial matrices. The regularizing matrix is closely related to the interactor matrix. As aplications, we will show an inverse calculation for the polynomial matrices.
