摘要

In the framework of structural modification interventions of existing buildings, inrnthis paper the application of three different MCDM methods has been done aimingrnat establishing the optimal solutions for both seismic upgrading of existingrnreinforced concrete frames and vertical addition of existing masonry buildings. Thernanalysis results have shown that all analysed methods always provide aluminiumrnshear panels and cold-formed constructive systems are optimal solutions for seismicrnretrofitting and vertical addition purposes, respectively.
