摘要

Firstly, Hydrodynamic forces of circular heave damping plate with different porosity are studied and simulated.Numerical results of the drag coefficient and added-mass coefficient are given in this paper, and the influence of the porosity on the drag and added mass coefficient is also investigated.The hydrodynamic forces of heave damping plate with various numbers of holes and various shapes are compared at the same porosity.Secondly, different distances between two heave damping plates are studied.Finally, numerical simulation was established to simulate complex three-dimensional heave damping plate on SPAR platform, The numerical results indicate that the small comer steel structure play an important role in flow field.The hydrodynamic coefficients are quite different from each other; It is shown that practical plate with complex structure can't be simplified as smooth plate for this reason.These results will give some useful instruction for the optimization design and improvement of the heave damping plate of deepwater SPAR platform.
