摘要

A seawater hydraulic solenoid cartridge valve is developed. Its work principle and structure are introduced. Numerical simulation is adopted to accomplish the flow field analysis of the cartridge orifice. Furthermore, the optimization of the structural parameters of the orifice is obtained. Finally, some primary static and dynamic performance parameters of the cartridge valve prototype developed are tested, and the results show that the prototype has tight sealing characteristic, high response speed to input command and stable direction changing process. This valve can be applied in a pure seawater hydraulic system with a high flow rate.
