FINDING FUNDING: EXTERNAL STRATEGIES TO OFFSET INADEQUATE UNIVERSITY FUNDING

摘要

Approaches to generating external funding for research and to support other initiatives and universityrnprograms are presented. Emphasis is placed on value added research than stimulates intellectual activity andrnprovides revenue that offsets the increasing limitations of university funding. The approaches presented havernproven successful for both urban and non-urban university environments.
