Data of use of agrochemical, livestock and poultry raising and cropland during 2000-2006 in Qingdao were used to establish the index system for evaluation of nitrogen and phosphate fertilizer and livestock and poultry manure pollution load. The aim was to comparation the spatial different of nitrogen and phosphate fertilizer and livestock and poultry manure pollution load with the relatively uniform index system.Results indicated that pollution caused by the loss of nitrogen and phosphate fertilizer threatens environmental quality of Qingdao,Laixi, Jimo and Jiaonan to a varying extent. Pollution caused by livestock and poultry threatens environmental quality of the Jiaozhou, Pingdu and Laixi to a varying extent using BOD5,COD, tP and TN,Jimo to a varying extent using COD, tP and TN and Jiaonan to a varying extent using BOD5.
