After the PS-(F+R) slurry is prepared by mixing PS as binding ingredient,fly ash generated from thermal power plant and powdered adobe at the Ruins of Jiaohe as filling substance and sodium fluosilicate as curing agent,its initial setting time is got and its shrinkage behaviour is monitored.The mechanical strength of PS-(F+R) grouting material is tested at different age and the effect of factors,such as curing temperature,amount of sodium fluosilicate,modulus of PS,concentration of PS and water-ash ratio to strength is also discussed.Furthermore,durability experiment including its resistance to water,to disintegration induced by freezing and thawing,to crystallization and to aqueous alkali is carried out.It is showed that the curing process of PS-(F+R) grouts is moderate and can be adjusted,the linear shinkage is around 2.5% under the PS to filler ratio in mass of 0.60,the long term strength is overwhelmingly determined by PS concentration,and the performance of durability is pretty good.
