Simulated Test for the Repair Working Hours of Farm Machinery

摘要

The working hours of maintenance and repair(M & R) of farm machinery is a random variation related to various factors, such as the failure regularity of the farm machinery, the maintenance form and so on. In this paper, a computer simulating program for the working hours of M & R is introduced, and a simulation example of the working hours of M & R of the mini size tractors in one region of Henan province is given. This simulated test is suitable in any forms of maintenance, such as condition based maintenance, corrective maintenance, periodic maintenance and seasonal maintenance.
