On the Industrial Direction Key Constructions and Regularities of Agricultural Mechanization

This paper starts with the strategic goals of Chinese agricultural mechanization, centering on the development of market economy and agricultural mechanization, putting the stress on analysing the example of Heihe city,and making a comprehensive study on such problems of agricultural mechanization as its industrial direction, key constructions and laws. On the whole,the industries of agricultural mechanization have become those which are connected with farming,animal raising and processing industries,in other words, they are connected with the first second and third industries, the way out for the industrialization lies in agricultural mechanization. The goal of Chinese agricultural mechanization is to develop the beneficial agricultural mechanization connected with industrialization, and it is inevital to realize industrialization of agricultural mechanization. According to the laws of industrialization, such things as the key constructions of engineering installations; the functions of service, the system of management, the laws and policies, must be improved, only in this way industrialization of agricultural mechanization can be improved and the better economic and social benefits can be acquired.
