Phase II clinical studies of china-made terbinafine fablets, gel and solution in treatment of 152 patients with superficial mycoses

152 patients with superifical fungal infection were randomized into test group, contrast group and open group. Clinical and mycological cure rate as well as the safety were demonstrated in the treatment with China-made terbinafine tablets, gel and solution. No treatment significant difference (p>0.05) was observed in cure rate, the effective rate and the mycological cure rate of the three groups. Healing effect of terbinafine tablets, gel and solution was marked and safe in the treatment of tinea corporis, tinea manus, tinea pedis, and tinea versicolor.
