Comparing the applicability of various civil engineering methods, military mechanization pavement equipment and dismantle-install pavement equipment, we have confirmed the key technique which overcomes the difficulties of expedient lash-up road and studied the correlative problems. By general comparison, we have confirm the dismantle-install pavement deck as the key technique of expedient lash-up road over sand and soft soils, and we designed the structural form of FRP pavement deck, established the simplified model of pavement deck and used the Winkler playground as the calculating model of the soft ground, deduced the mechanical relation of loaded FRP pavement deck over soft ground and established the modeled calculating formula.
