摘要

A co-simulation system for intelligent ac contactor based on ADAMS and MATLAB is developed in the paper.Firstly, the discrete relationship between electromagnetic force and the flux linkage at different exciting current and air gaps are calculated with finite element method.Secondly, a mathematical model which describes the dynamic characteristics of the contactor is built according to the electromagnetic and the mechanical governing equations.Then, ADAMS-MATLAB co-simulation framework is developed with ADAMS and the control system is built by MATLAB.Meanwhile, the experiment results obtained by a synchronous dynamic measuring system are compared with the simulation results.It is shown in the comparison that the simulation model can predict dynamic characteristics of the contactor properly.Lastly, the influences of the design parameters are analyzed with the simulation framework.It is shown that the framework developed in the paper offers the advantage to design and optimize the performance of the contactors in the numerical way.
