@@ Organophosphorus pesticides (OPPs) were generally determined in vegetables by column capillary gas chromatography using flame photometric detector (GCFPD). However, matrix induced enhancement is a phenomenon encountering during the chromatographic analysis after many injections. There are some approaches have been studied to reduce the matrix enhancement including extensive clean-up of the extracts, large volume injection, matrix-matched standard, priming or pre-conditioning the GC system and using the analyte protectants. In this study a simple method was introduced to resolve this problem for the first time, which is to clean-up the injection liner.
